Tournament Information

CREDENTIALS CHECK-IN:  

• All teams are required to check-in online

• Online Check-in must be completed by Wednesday, September 17th, 2025.

• All teams can pick up their team pins at the Headquarters tent before their first game.

GAMES:

• Academy U6/U7: Three (3) minimum (no score, advancement, or finals). 

• All other ages:  Three (3) game minimum

LOCATIONS:

• Scottsdale Sports Complex

• Bell Road 94 Sports Complex

• Reata Sports Complex

AWARDS:                        

• U6 & U7 Academy - Participation medals

• U8-U18 Medals for 1st Place & 2nd Place Teams

• Pins for every participant

Payment Deadline: Payment will be processed at the time of acceptance

Rosters Due /Online Check in completion date:  September 17th, 2025.

There are no refunds once your team is accepted 3.5% processing fee for credit card payment.

This is a STAY TO PLAY tournament. All non-commuting teams participating in the tournament MUST (as a condition of acceptance) make all hotel accommodations using our tournament housing services.
